Before launching Meal Ticket, Richae served as a senior leader at Uber, where she oversaw business enablement and operational strategy across global markets. Her career spans product development, go-to-market strategy, and investment readiness for high-growth startups and established brands alike.
At Meal Ticket, she brings together her expertise in data-driven decision-making, hospitality, and brand strategy to help restaurants turn anonymous diners into known guests—boosting loyalty, reducing waste, and keeping the plate at the center of the dining experience.

Ayveel is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Meal Ticket, a hospitality-focused technology company redefining how businesses connect, operate, and grow. With nearly 20 years of experience in investment management—including roles at Fidelity Investments, Carlson Capital, and Oak Hill Advisors—Ayveel brings a unique blend of financial discipline and entrepreneurial vision to the tech space.
He leads the Portfolio Management Group at a Northern Virginia-based investment firm, where he develops and executes customized strategies for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients. His deep institutional knowledge is complemented by a disciplined, long-term approach to portfolio construction and operational excellence.
